Ordering
If you need help using the website or would like to place an order over the phone please call 1-800-992-3301. We will do our best to meet your needs. Please allow at least 24 hours for processing during the week. If you order on a Friday after 3pm, your order will be processed the following Tuesday and shipped as soon as possible, stock permitting. Most Items are in stock. If items you ordered are not in stock we will notify you promptly.
*Only Police and Law Enforcement agencies are eligible to use Purchase Orders (P.O) for ordering.



Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Prices, discounts and terms of sale are subject to change without notice. See our Terms of Use – User Agreement. THROOM™ accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and purchase orders only from approved accounts. Please note: Personal checks will delay shipment of your order by several days while your check clears. Just prior to or when your order is actually shipped, your credit card will be charged by THROOM™ for the merchandise and shipping charges and all other charges including but not limited to taxes, insurance and material handling charges. Insurance, if required, is the responsibility of the Buyer.
Sales and Use Taxes: We must collect state sales tax on items shipped within New Jersey. Tax on shipping charges is also required in New Jersey. In states other than New Jersey, customers are responsible for compliance with any and all applicable sale and use taxes that may apply.



Ideas
By exposing ideas in public and/or directly or indirectly presenting Throom Targets with your designs, drawings, concepts, ideas, proposals, advise, new or different target ideas, posting items of this nature to any internet media, recommendations and submissions (hereafter call these ideas) you allow and give to Throom Targets and all of its company affiliates the irreversible right to, license and full utilization of your ideas, plus, the unlimited, compensation/royalties-free and unending ability to reproduce them, reuse them, modify them, show them in public, include them in any form within the Throom Targets website and relicense them to third parties. Ideas you may directly or indirectly provide to Throom Targets by any transmittable route does not mean that these ideas you may submit are the property of Throom Targets.



Inspection & Returns
Inspection: When your order is delivered, be sure to inspect it carefully for damage and shortages. Please notify us by phone (800-992-3301) or by filling out our returns form of any damage as soon as possible so we can immediately assist in the replacement process with the trucking company. In the case of damage when shipped UPS, FedEx, or similar ground service, please respond as follows. If the package is obviously damaged, you can refuse delivery. Call us immediately so we can assist in the replacement process. Any damage or loss of items found after opening your boxes and examining the merchandise should be reported to us as soon as possible to expedite the replacement process. To protect yourself, if you receive damaged merchandise, take photos of the damaged merchandise and always keep the shipping cartons until your claim has been acknowledged and settled by the shipper. In the event of damage, it is the Buyer’s responsibility to notify and file damage claims with the delivery company. After receipt of the merchandise at THROOM™ in Middlesex, NJ and inspection by THROOM™, THROOM™ will determine the extent of existence of defect or damage. If you accept damaged merchandise, the shipper has the right to inspect the original shipping cartons before honoring your claim. Disposing of cartons prior to filing a shipping damage claim may limit your ability to receive reimbursement or replacement for those items. THROOM™ is not responsible for damage sustained at the receiving facility such as cutting of the product with a box cutter while opening the boxes.



Returns: Return authorization number must be issued by THROOM™ for all items to be returned. Please use our Returns Form located on www. THROOM™targets.com to begin the process. All authorized returns are subject to inspection. Credit issued will cover target products only and no other charges. If you are experiencing difficulty using an item, please call us first at 800-992-3301, since we may be able to help you and correct the problem over the phone. If telephone service does not correct the problem, all returns should be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of merchandise by you. (This does not include items identified as damaged, so long as you have notified us as instructed.) You are responsible for all freight and insurance charges to return the items to us. Refunds require an RMA number, a copy of the original invoice receipt and customer number. A fee up to 20% may be applied to returned items. If a quantity discount was applied to your order and you are returning items which originally increased the quantity discount you received on that order, an adjustment to the credit you will receive for the items you are returning may be required. To determine the credit you will receive for the items you are returning, we deduct the value of the items you are returning from the original order’s subtotal (before the quantity discount was applied to your original order). The new recalculated subtotal will determine a new and possibly lower quantity discount than what you received on the original order. (See our Quantity Discount Schedule for discounts ranging from 10 to 40 percent, based on the subtotal of your order.) If the new recalculated quantity discount is in fact lower than the quantity discount you originally received, the lower quantity discount will apply to the items you are returning. Merchandise to be returned should be packed in the original shipping cartons with items padded and secured. We strongly recommend you insure all items returned to THROOM™ Targets. THROOM™ Targets is not responsible for any damage to merchandise shipped for return that is damaged in transit or merchandise that is lost in transit. For fastest service please include your name, address including email address, and a daytime phone number with any returned items. We may need to contact you regarding the returned merchandise. Customers may return any product purchased from THROOM™ within thirty days (30) of delivery of the order. Customer may request a replacement product, or refund. 20% restocking fee will be applied to your return. Note: Customer canceled order will incur 15% cancellation fee from the unit price.



Items with manufacturer’s defect:



Please return the defective product and we will promptly ship you a replacement. If you are returning a defective item and do not want a replacement, there will be a 15% processing fee applied to your return. Items returned as defective that are found to not to be defective will incur a 20% restocking fee for the returned unit. Refunds will not be issued if a return is made without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Shipping charges are not refundable.



How to return an item:
Call THROOM™ Targets at 1-800-992-3301 to notify us of your defective item and request an RMA number. Please have your THROOM™ order number available. Please include a copy of your THROOM™ invoice or THROOM™ order confirmation email, write your RMA number on it and provide a return reason. Return must be in “like new” condition. Otherwise, 20% restocking fee (Min. $25.00) will be applied. Returns will not be accepted without all the original packaging, manuals and accessories. All returns must be received by THROOM™ Targets within 30 days from the RMA number issuing date. Refunds will not be issued if a return is made without an RMA number or after 30 days of delivery of the order. We recommend returns be made via UPS insured freight only. THROOM™ Targets accepts no responsibility for loss or damage items in return transit. You are responsible for all freight charges.
