Used when steel and other hard objects cannot be placed downrange, this THROOM Base for 22" Popper THROOM Target is the solution. THROOM Nuts and Bolts made of our SHOOT-THROO self-healing polymer material are also included. Bullets pass through the base and the nuts and bolts. The base is hollow with a removable end cap at the back, so you can fill the base with sand for weight.
